Quick Start Guide

Get Intellix Core set up and connected to your first data source in just a few minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• An Intellix account (don't have one? Request access)
• Admin access to at least one data source (Shopify, Stripe, etc.)

Step 1: Sign In

Navigate to intellix.io and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Connect Your First Source

1. From the dashboard, click Manage Data in the sidebar
2. Choose a data source to connect (we recommend starting with your primary revenue source)
3. Click Connect and follow the OAuth flow
4. Wait for the initial sync to complete (usually 2-5 minutes)

Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard

Once connected, your dashboard will populate with:

• Key Metrics — Revenue, orders, customers, and more
• Performance Score — Your overall business health at a glance
• AI Insights — Automatic analysis of what's changing and why

Step 4: Set Up Alerts (Optional)

Navigate to Smart Alerts to configure notifications for important changes:

• Revenue drops or spikes
• Customer acquisition cost changes
• Inventory warnings
• Custom thresholds
